First of all, before we start to make carbon fiber mold, our engineer team will analyze the feasibility of carbon fiber products and evaluate what kind of materials are used for carbon fiber mold manufacturing and get to know customer’s requirements for surface gloss of carbon fiber parts. 4. It has satisfied strength and stiffness, and does not deform under the injection pressure.
5. With certain heating equipment, the mold can be heated to a certain temperature (60-120 ℃), the temperature distribution of the mold surface is uniform, and the temperature can be inspected and adjusted.-
